1963 Change of the corporate form to IBG Monforts und Reiners GmbH u. Co.

1972 Entrance into the company of Franz Michael Reiners and Christian Monforts von Hobe as managing limited partners

1991 Change of the corporate form to IBG Monforts GmbH & Co. Christian Monforts von Hobe becomes executive director of the company.
